When life gets super busy, we need easy recipes. Sometimes we forget how to make the most simple things. Last trimester, I was drowning in assignments and everything was crazy. I found myself snacking on things that really weren’t good for my body in the long run (junk food). Over the last couple of days I have whipped up new things in the kitchen, replacing my desire for junk food, leaving me feeling satisfied. Like I said, when life gets busy, we need easy recipes. I guess this post is for anyone like me who has forgotten the most simple recipes and would like to recreate them!
CRUSHED PEANUT BLUEBERRY CUP:
STEP 1: All you need is a glass and spoon. 🙂
STEP 2: Place 5 heaped tablespoons of yoghurt into the glass. I use Vanilla Bean yoghurt.
STEP 3: Add 4 heaped tablespoons of Muesli.
STEP 4: Add a handful of Blueberries (or more!).
STEP 5: Add 1 tablespoon of crushed peanuts.
STEP 6: Use a spoon to mix it all up and EAT IT! 😀 I hope you enjoy this quick and easy recipe.
